What it does

For courses, done properly.

⚙️

Your rules

Tee time intervals from 7 to 15 minutes, first and last times per day, golfers per time, how far ahead golfers can book and your cancellation window.

💲

Your rate table

Weekday, weekend and twilight rates for 18 and 9 holes. When two rates overlap, the later one wins — so twilight takes over at the time you set.

📋

A tee sheet staff can run

The day at a glance with who is in every time. Move a group to another time or day, edit players and prices, add phone bookings, block times for an outing, check groups in and mark no-shows.

⏰

Reminders that cut no-shows

Golfers get a reminder email before their tee time, with a one-tap cancel so the spot comes back to you.

🔥

Flash deals

Pick a quiet stretch — PostUp suggests the emptiest ones — and a discount. Golfers whose home course is near you get an alert, and you see how many booked from it.

Questions

For courses — what people ask.

What does PostUp tee sheet software include?

Online tee time booking with your intervals, hours and rates; a tee sheet your staff can run from any device (move, edit, add, block, check in, no-show); email reminders for golfers; flash deals that alert golfers nearby; booking insights with pricing recommendations; and staff logins.

Do golfers pay online?

Not yet — golfers pay at the club when they check in. Online payment is planned.

How do flash deals reach golfers?

When you start a deal, golfers whose PostUp home course is within the distance you choose get an in-app alert (two a day at most), and golfers who asked for deal emails get one email a day at most. You see how many were alerted and how many booked.

What pricing recommendations does PostUp make?

It looks at how full each time runs. Times that are 85% full or more are flagged as room to raise the price; times under 35% full are flagged for a deal or a lower standing rate. It also points out weekday-versus-weekend gaps, weak twilight times, high no-show rates and short booking lead times.

Can we take phone and walk-in bookings too?

Yes. Staff add bookings straight onto the sheet with a name, phone, number of players and an optional price of their own.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Register, set intervals, hours and rates, and PostUp approves the course — usually within a day — before golfers can book it.
